Postmodernin raikas vehnäolut, jossa ei ole käytetty lainkaan katkerohumalia, kuten perinteisissä baijerilaisissa vehnäoluissa, vaan humalointi pohjautuu Chinook- ja Citra-aromihumalien tuomaan makuun. Myös tuoksusta löytyy humalien tuomaa hentoa sitrusta. Kokonaisuudessaan humalointi on pehmeä ja IBUja on vain 17.

Postmodern fresh wheat beer that does not use bitter hops, as in traditional Bavarian wheat beers, but the hopping is based on the taste brought by Chinook and Citra aroma hops. The aroma also contains delicate citrus brought by the hops. Overall, the hops are soft and there are only 17 IBUs.
